DUNMOW-based Versatile Training is helping businesses to better enhance their customer interaction by utilising social media.
The free workshop at Manor of Groves Hotel near Sawbridgeworth, led by Terry Carney of Sales Remedy, taught businesses how to use free resources online to promote, inform and advertise products and services; tap important customer and partner feedback and gain insights into the needs of existing and potential customers.
