THE last Lunchtime Concert at St Mary's Church this summer features local favourites Diana Hoy (Contralto) and Wendy Watts (Piano).
Diana will sing songs with a Shakespearean theme.
The event takes place on Wednesday August 12 at 1.10pm with sandwiches on sale from 12.30pm.
Diana Hoy spent 22 years in private legal practice and has since worked for various charitable institutions.
Today she combines her busy schedule with work as a sought-after local soloist in lieder, opera, oratorio and the modern idiom.
Wendy Watts was, until recently, a peripatetic piano and flute teacher but now teaches privately.
She has accompanied many choirs and soloists throughout Essex and Cambridgeshire and plays the flute in a number of ensembles.
She has been Diana's accompanist for 15 years.
