MUSIC lovers at the Littlebury Arts Weekend sat spellbound in candlelit Holy Trinity as they were ravished by the sounds of London University Chamber Choir.
Directed by Colin Durrant, the handpicked choir sang Eric Whitacre’s Leonardo Dreams of his Flying Machine and many other pieces of beautiful music from the 16th to 20th centuries.
Over the two days Littlebury Village Hall was the venue for many craft stalls, and paintings - nearly 20 per cent of which were sold.
On a weekend that turned out to be one of the busiest in the district for concerts and shows, the arts weekend raised over 1,000 towards the Friends of Holy Trinity Church tower project. The Friends send grateful thanks to all those who took part.
