PUPILS at Katherine Semar Junior School in Saffron Walden enjoyed a day of drama on Thursday.

The HyperFusion Theatre School ran the workshop for Years Four and Five to increase the children's self-confidence.

HyperFusion's Kim Buggins said: "We can use theatre skills to raise self esteem and promote expression and self belief in young people.

"We played theatre games and did exercises, and the youngsters learnt new drama skills and had lots of fun."

HyperFusion, based in Saffron Walden, runs acting, dancing, singing and street dance classes for people aged between five and 18.

The theatre school plans to start an under-fives' class and an adults' improvisation class in September.
