An unemployed man has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving following an investigation into a fatal crash on the M11 last year.
Christopher Jones, 41, of Halfway Street in Sidcup, Kent, has been bailed to appear before Chelmsford Magistrates Court on Monday, March 14.
The three vehicle smash happened on the M11 northbound, between junctions 8 and 9, at around 1.40pm on Friday, March 20, 2015.
Police officer and father-of-four, Jonathan Bull, 47, from Chatham in Kent, died at the scene of the incident.
