A 41-YEAR-OLD man has died after falling out of a window in Saffron Walden town centre.
East of England Ambulance Service was alerted to the incident on King Street at 11.46am on Saturday.
The incident was also attended by the police who were contacted following reports that a man had fallen from a window.
The passageway off King Street, leading to Mocha caf�, was cordoned off for most of the afternoon.

Officers arrived to find a man with serious injuries who died at the scene a short time later.
A helicopter from the East Anglian Air Ambulance was dispatched and landed on an area of grass between Swan Meadow car park and Walden Place.

A police spokesman said that the death was not being treated as suspicious and a file was being prepared for the coroner. An inquest will be held in 2010.
