Man in 60s dies after heart attack in Stansted

A man has died after suffering a suspected heart attack.

Paramedics rushed to Gilbey Crescent, Stansted, just after 1pm today (Monday) after reports of a man in cardiac arrest.

The Essex Air Ambulance, a community responder, an ambulance crew and an ambulance officer were all sent and treated the man, in his 60s, who was unconscious and not breathing.

A spokesman for the ambulance service said: “However, despite their best efforts he sadly died at the scene.”
