A man was taken to hospital after a crash between a van and a car on Monday morning (April 27).

Firefighters cut the man, in his 50s, from his vehicle following the head-on collision on Pelham Road, Clavering, at 7.31am.

Paramedics treated the man, who had chest pains, before taking him to Addenbrooke’s Hospital, in Cambridge, for further treatment.
