A motorcyclist has died after a crash near Duxford on Saturday (September 19).
Dane Curran, of Kenmoor Way, in Newcastle upon Tyne, was riding along the southbound carriageway of the M11 at about 2.30pm when he was involved in a crash with a red BMW 1 series.
The 21-year-old was airlifted to Addenbrooke’s Hospital, in Cambridge, where he died on Sunday evening.
A Cambridgeshire police spokesman said: “Officers would like to hear from anyone who witnessed the collision or saw either of the vehicles in the moments leading up to the collision.”
