THE house builder behind the Foresthall Park development near Stansted Mountfitchet has had its new look unveiled.

Croudace Homes, who has been building new homes at Foresthall Park for some three years to create a community of around 300 homes, has had a stylish new make-over.

Chief executive Andy Yallop said: “This is a new era for Croudace. The new identity demonstrates a real desire to strengthen our position as one of the south-east’s most successful builders of new homes.

“We’re actively seeking to increase our land supply and considerably grow the size of the business.

“In the past we’ve been described as ‘house building’s best kept secret’. But that is changing – we want people to notice us and recognise the brand, the quality and the value it stands for.”

Croudace Homes sales consultants Amanda Hollidge and Kathryn Jordan helped site managers Joe Grice and David Morgan unfurl the new flag outside one of the show homes at Foresthall Park, pictured.

“We’re very much a traditional and family-values based business but that doesn’t mean we can’t move with the times This is a great new look, it’s so vibrant,” said Mrs Hollidge.

Foresthall Park is a newly-created village including elevations and street-scenes with a network of cycleways and footpaths through green open spaces.

Currently there is a selection of large traditional four and five bedroom luxury homes available with prices ranging from 434,500 up to 509,950.

The show homes are open daily between 10am and 5pm. For more information call 0800 840 0260 or visit croudacehomes.co.uk
