A NEW website promoting wildlife in Uttlesford has been launched and gives bags of information about things to do and places to see.
Uttlesford Wildlife, which can be found at uttlesford-wildlife.org.uk, features details of nature reserves run by Essex Wildlife Trust and the National Trust.
It highlights the wildflower-rich special roadside verges, with a recommended cycle ride to link six wildflower verges in the Saffron Walden area into an 18 mile excursion.
There are also ideas for wildlife related things to do, including helping to look after local nature reserves, and an invitation to campaign to get more places for wildlife in our area.
