Members of the Essex Dance Theatre gave a special lesson to year five and six pupils who danced to the catchy song 'Shake Your Tail Feather'.

Headteacher Jane Detnon said: "Our thanks go to the members of Essex Dance Theatre who were inspirational and made the day so enjoyable that every single child was beaming at the end of the day.

"Special thanks go to Mendisi who danced his socks off all day and did not pause for breath. To Hannah who, although nursing an injury, partnered him in a demonstration of dance to the classes. And to Kim Bradshaw, who led the team and explained how stamina and agility could be improved through dance."
