HATFIELD Forest is to host its first-ever open-air cinema later this month.
Two movies will be played on a giant screen at the historic hunting ground. And the National Trust has announced that there will be acts performing before the screening.
Coming on at dusk to set a chill, director Martin Colton of Creator Productions will be staging a drama before the screening of The Woman in Black on Friday July 19.
London-based collective The Vintage Mafia will then set the retro scene with DJ’ing on a gramophone accompanied by burlesque dancers for The King’s Speech on Saturday July 20.
Tickets for the screenings – at £9 adults, £7 children and £26 family – are available from the box office 0844 249 1895 or nationaltrust.org.uk/hatfield-forest.
