THE impressive firework display in Saffron Walden proved a cracking success after raising �5500.
The free event was hosted by Saffron Walden Round Table and held on the Common on November 7.
The Round Table is now inviting charities and clubs to request funds from them.
Round Table chairman, Jason Thomson said: "Thanks to the generosity of the people of Saffron Walden we are in a great position of having funds to put back in to the community."
