FRIENDS' Junior School Nursery pupils performed their very own Christmas play to parents, teachers and pupils.

The Owl who was Afraid of the Dark, which was written by the nursery coordinator, Tiffany Johnson, with a little help from her pupils, was linked to their topic of 'light and dark' and was based on the activities done in class on nocturnal animals.

Tiffany said: "The children had a wonderful time performing to their friends and family and particularly enjoyed seeing some of their own ideas come to life on the stage.
