Families in Saffron Walden enjoyed the beautiful Bank Holiday Monday weather ... with a fitness bootcamp on the common.
Children from as young as two years old took part. Activities included two exercise challenges to music – push-up/squat thrusts to Roxanne by The Police, and a squat challenge to Moby’s Flower – as well as handball, volleyball, an obstacle course and tug-of-war. There was also a range of fun races such as piggy backs and crawling races.
