Two drivers were arrested on suspicion of drug driving by police in Haverhill who were carrying out a large-scale operation to “disrupt criminal activity”.
Officers parked at the Meadows Car Park, in Ehringshausen Way, stopping and investigating 36 vehicles on April 5.
Eleven vehicles were issued with immediate prohibitions by the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency for having no insurance or licence offences.
Three vehicles were imposed with delayed prohibitions – which means there are defects that must be fixed as soon as possible.
In addition, nineteen advisory notes were issued, seven vehicles were seized as the drivers had no insurance and a total of 36 traffic offences were reported.
These included eight drivers with no insurance, nine without a valid MOT, one with no licence, three with registration plate offences and four for not wearing a seatbelt.
