Police hunt driver of van which left scene of collision
POLICE are trying to trace the driver of a silver van that left the scene of a collision in Sawston.
The incident happened at about 5.10pm on Saturday (January 28) in Cambridge Road.
The collision also involved a silver Ford Focus being driven by a 31-year-old man and his five-year-old son. They suffered minor injuries in the crash and were treated at Addenbrooke’s Hospital.
The van made off at speed towards the Shelfords.
PC Rebecca Parkin said: “I am trying to contact the driver of the van as they could have important information about how this collision happened.
