Police want to hear from anyone who recognises an e-fit of a man who is a suspect in the theft of a white Vauxhall Combo van from the car park of the Duke of York pub in the High Street in Saffron Walden.

The suspect had been in another pub, the Old English Gentleman, at the same time as the vehicle’s owner on the evening of Saturday November 29. The victim had left the vehicle in the car park and went back to collect it at 2pm on Monday December 1. He subsequently discovered that his keys had been stolen and the van had been taken.
