Audley Road, which runs into East Street, Saffron Walden, is closed today (Tuesday) from 9am to 4pm for manhole repairs.
A spokesman from Essex Highways confirmed a diversion is in place taking traffic on sections of East Street, Debden Road, Borough lane, Mount Pleasant Road, Peaslands Road and Thaxted Road.
