Robbery in Hatfield Forest: Police appealing for witnesses

POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a woman was robbed in Hatfield Forest.

The 18-year-old, from Bishop’s Stortford, was walking her dogs at around 3.45pm last Thursday (June 13) when she believes she was struck and momentarily lost consciousness. She was texting on her phone at the time.

When she came to she had a small superficial graze on the back of her head and her handbag and shoes were missing.

Officers are keen to speak to anyone who was in the area at the time or who remembers seeing the woman or anyone acting suspiciously.

Police would also like to talk to anyone who finds the woman’s pink handbag, white Vans trainers or Blackberry phone.
