Saffron Walden and Great Dunmow crime round-up

An unknown suspect threw a pole at a Mini Cooper parked in Ross Close in Saffron Walden on December 8, smashing the victim’s car windscreen.
On December 8, in Stansted, unknown suspects urinated on the victim’s front porch in Manor Road and left the victim to clean up the mess. At Stansted Airport, an unknown suspect stole a credit card from the victim’s bag and spent £15,000 in London.
On Brick Kiln Drive in Great Dunmow on December 11, unknown suspects attempted to gain entry to the victim’s house by forcing open and kicking the front door and also attempted to smash the french doors at the back of the house.
Between December 10 and 11, a blue Audi A3 parked in Little Walden Road in Saffron Walden had all four tyres slashed. In Newport, a white van was stolen from a driveway in High Street on December 7.
On December 13, in Sparrows Lane, Hatfield Heath, suspects drove a silver 4x4 across fields causing damage to growing crops and in Great Hallingbury, a wreath was stolen from the front door of a property in Tilekiln Green.
At Forest Hall School in Stansted, an unknown suspect stole a Canada Goose jacket worth £700 that the victim had left on the school playing field.
On Brewery Lane in Stansted, an unidentified suspect removed the victim’s handbag from her taxi while he was in the vehicle getting a lift home.
Between December 9 and 11, suspects threw a rock at a downstairs window of a property in Crow Street in Henham, entered the flat and carried out a messy search.
