Various items were stolen from a house in Green Lane, Little Hallingbury, following a break-in on June 17 between 8.15am and 2.15pm. The front door was forced and thieves conducted a messy search of the bedrooms on the first and second floor.

A red Honda portable generator was stolen from a unit in Ashdon Road, Ashdon, between June 12 and June 19. Thieves cut the padlock and locking mechanism of the unit to gain entry.

A shed in Waldgrooms, Great Dunmow, was broken into between 5pm on June 13 and 8.58am on June 14. Some woodwork was damaged but there was nothing of value in the shed, so nothing was stolen.

Cash was removed from a white Audi A3, parked at Colehills, Lower Road, Clavering, between 7am on June 9 and 3pm on June 19, The front passenger door was forced open, and damage was caused to sealant on the window.

A grey Audi Q7 was entered and rolled backwards to allow entry to a Ford Transit Connect van in Canon Road, Flitch Green, between 7.50pm on June 19 and 6am on June 20. Thieves released the handbrake of the Audi in order to be able to steal tools, including Dewalt power tools and plumbing equipment, from the Transit.

A blue Vespa moped was stolen from a driveway in Landscape View, Saffron Walden, between 6pm on June 19 and 6.30am on June 20.

The club pavillion and club house at Stansted Cricket Club was broken into between June 19 and June 20. The lock on the front door of the pavilion was forced and the till was moved but nothing was taken. A pane of glass was removed from the window of the club house to gain entry and a tidy search was conducted.

A rock was thrown threw the nearside front window of a Nissan Micra, parked on Ashdon Road, Saffron Walden, between 9pm on June 20 and 4.30am on June 21, and a bag was stolen from within.

Items were stolen from a shed in Top Road, Wimbish, between 8am on June 22 and 6pm on June 23.

A hairdressing bag and peroxide were stolen from a white Citroen Berlingo, parked at The Glebe, Saffron Walden, between 8pm on June 22 and 7.40am on June 23.

The front and back number plates were stolen from a Mercedes C-Class 250, which was parked at Winstanley Road, Saffron Walden, betweeen 6pm on June 22 and 7.40am on June 23.

The external spare wheel of a red Hyundai Sante Fe Premium was stolen between 9.30am on June 19 and midday on June 23. The incident took place at Peachey Walk in Stansted while the vehicle was parked on the victim’s driveway.

Between 10pm on June 22 and 4.30pm on June 23, the front and back number plates of a Kia vehicle, parked at Clarence Road, Stansted, were stolen.

Items were stolen from the cigarette counter at a location in Cambridge Road, Stansted on June 23.
