Preview plans for a 300-home development in Saffron Walden will be laid out in a public exhibition tomorrow (Wednesday).
Planning consultants Framptons have invited councillors and other interested parties to see how the outline planning application is being prepared for the residential-led mixed use development on a site south of Radwinter Road.
The provision is for up to 300 new dwellings, including retirement homes, public open space and offices.
Members of the public will be able to see the plans during the exhibition, which is being held in the Assembly Room in Saffron Walden Town Hall, from 3pm to 8pm.
