Children at Thomas More Primary School in Saffron Walden donned their running shoes for charity this morning (March 22) as they ran a mile in aid of Sport Relief.
Nursery, reception, Year 1 and Year 2 pupils took on the four-lap course around the sports field and playground at the South Road school.
Alex Cimmino and India Rolandson were the first boy and girl home in the younger age bracket, with Bobbie Thurston and Emerentiana Handzel-Bonavia winning the Year 1 category.
Zachary Head and Eva Gregory were first over the line in Year 2.
