RA Butler Academy was flush with ideas when it came to raising money on World Toilet Day last Wednesday.
Pupils queued up behind Year Three and Four teacher Tom Wade on a lavatory loaned from Ridgeons in Saffron Walden, to highlight the plight of those less fortunate than themselves.
Donations of £1 were made to fundraising for toilettwinning.org, which will go towards funding a school toilet block in the developing world. The money raised also went towards Water Aid, for a clean water pump.
