CARRYING out a risk assessment of your home could prevent you from becoming a victim of crime, say Saffron Walden Police.
Sgt Mick Ashton said: "Although Saffron Walden is a relatively safe place to live it is still worth carrying out a few measure to make your home less vulnerable to burglary.
"Uttlesford's Neighbourhood Watch has released a risk assessment that you can do on your own home and advice is provided to make it more secure."
