Police are appealing for help from the public to identify a man depicted in an efit image suspected of sexually assaulting a woman.
Officers were contacted just after 9.45am on Saturday, June 30, with reports of a sexual assault of a woman, which happened between 4am and 5am that morning as she approached the junction of Parklands Drive and Turkey Oaks in Chelmsford.
The woman, aged in her 20s from Chelmsford, was grabbed from behind and groped. The man also kissed her before running off.
He has been described as of Asian appearance, aged in his late 20s, about 5ft 6ins tall, of skinny build, with short black hair, wearing a navy coloured t-shirt, dark blue jeans and appeared to have something stuffed up the front of his t-shirt.
A 22-year-old man from Chelmsford was arrested on suspicion of the offence on July 12, however he has been released without charge.
