AUDLEY End House hosted an Easter hunt for children on Sunday; this took place from 11am-4pm.

Children were given a sheet of paper with a maze and boxes to fill in letters you found on the hunt.

You then had to figure out the Easter word from the letters you had found.

The letters were hidden in the back garden by the fountain and near the laundry room and shop.

This was definitely a good, fun day out for the family because the house and garden are a lovely place to have a picnic or just to wander around and look at the view.

The answer to the hunt was HOT CROSS BUN and the prize was a rectangular chocolate.

It was a fun hunt, a lot of kids turned up to take part and enjoyed running around looking for letters.

I went with a five-year-old called Emily she really enjoyed it and was quite proud when she found the letters and figured the word so it was fun for her and a lot of other kids.
