The Saffron Ice Cream Company has announced the arrival of Harry Bond to manage the manufacturing team as the company continues to develop at speed.
Mr Bond who started his catering career at Café Cou Cou in Saffron Walden, joins the Henham-based company as the new production manager overseeing a team of specialist ice cream chefs. He will also manage development of the company’s product portfolio with new flavours.
He said: “I am thrilled to have joined The Saffron Ice Cream Company and am very much looking forward to the 2014 ice cream season.
“I am a Saffron Walden local and have enjoyed seeing the company I am now a part of, develop into an award-winning regional producer over recent years.”
