WE should like to congratulate the staff and students at the Mountfitchet Mathematics & Computing College for staging an excellent production of the Broadway musical Hairspray.
We both thoroughly enjoyed the evening and would like to thank the College for inviting us. It has the reputation of having a happy and welcoming environment. This was certainly evidenced by the enthusiasm and energy the cast put into their performance. The talent of the students shone out.
The College is proud of them, so are we.
As the headteacher remarked, the school is on a journey it is entitled to expect community support, his we are very happy to give them. We wish them well in their forthcoming Ofsted inspection, and trust they receive the recognition they deserve.
