AN ACCIDENT between junctions eight and nine on the M11 is causing chaos on surrounding roads this lunchtime (Friday).
One lane is closed between Stansted Airport and Saffron Walden, resulting in a massive 12-mile tail back.
Those travelling are advised to an extra hour to their journeys and the Highways Agency has said normal traffic conditions are expected from 3.15pm.
