THREE wood chippers worth about £45,000 have been stolen from a farm in Coton, near Cambridge.

The Timberwolf brushwood chippers were taken from Acacia Tree Surgery, at Moor Barn Farm, in Madingley Road, between 4.30pm on and 5.30am the following day.

PC Emma Smith said: “I am appealing for anyone who has seen these distinctive orange wood chippers to contact me. It is likely they would have been taken away using a vehicle and trailer of some kind.”

Anyone with information should contact PC Smith on 101 or Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555111.
