TICKETS are selling fast for the Saffron Players' production of Treasure Island which starts this Friday (January 15).
The pantomime is being held in Saffron Walden Town Hall with performances this weekend and next weekend.
Beat the winter blues, brave the snow and join the crew of the Hispaniola on their voyage to Treasure Island! Prepare for an evening of fun and laughter with Long John Silver, Captain Smollett, Jim lad and the rest of the cast.
Treasure Island is a lively and exciting story with the usual pantomime twists and surprises. So come on a voyage from the Admiral Benbow Inn to the exotic treasure island and join in with the crew and the pirates and of course the parrot (played by Alice Clemens).

Other roles are taken by Robert Pringle as Long John Silver, Wifred Sperryn as Jim, Pete Gray as Nurse Nightingale, John Byatt as King Neptune and Ellie Wlton as the Sea Witch to name a few.
Opening-night offer - all tickets for Friday January 15 are now �5 from the Saffron Walden Tourist Information Centre or on the door.
