TWO men have been charged with the murder of 39 year old man in Chelmsford.
Sam Martin, 25 from Fairfax Drive, Westcliff and Clint Spearpoint, 34 from Kelso Close, Rayleigh have been charged by detectives and remanded in custody to appear before Magistrates in Chelmsford today (Tuesday) following the death of Anton Jardin on Sunday (August 19).
Mr Jardin died in the early hours on Sunday at a property off the A414 London Road. A post mortem gave the preliminary result that he died of head injuries.
Additionally a 25 year old woman from the Rayleigh was arrested on suspicion of perverting the course of justice in connection with this case but has been released on bail pending further enquiries until September 21.
