LOW fare airline easyJet, like many airlines, is experiencing disruption today (Wednesday January 6) following the adverse weather conditions and continuing snowfall.
This has been exacerbated by the closure of several airports throughout the day and has resulted in a number of easyJet aircraft and crew being displaced.
To minimise the knock on effect of today's adverse weather, a small number of early morning flights on Thursday January 7 will be cancelled to enable the airline to resume normal operations as quickly as possible.
Passengers travelling today and tomorrow are strongly advised to check the easyJet.com website to ensure their flight has not been cancelled, before going to the airport.
If their flight has been cancelled the airline requests passengers NOT to go to the airport and instead make the refund request or arrange the transfer online via 'Manage Bookings' on www.easyjet.com
The airline is doing everything possible to minimise the disruption and apologises to all affected passengers any inconvenience caused.
