UTTLESFORD District Council is looking for the communities thoughts on its Sustainable Community Strategy.
Set out by Uttlesford Futures, a local strategic partnership, in collaboration with organisations including emergency services and local and district councils, the strategy aims to plan for the districts future, looking at social, environmental and economic factors to improve local services.
Uttlesford District Councillor and Chair of Uttlesford Futures, Howard Rolfe, explained: "To make our work valuable we need input from the public, the very people whose lives the decisions we take will impact upon."
Uttlesford Futures is currently working to update its strategy to remain relevant on the issues that matter between now and 2018.
