AN Uttlesford sight charity wil be hosting its annual exhibition next week at Saffron Walden Town Hall.
Support 4 Sight’s exhibition, Catch Sight of Your Senses’, will be officially opened on Tuesday October 19 at 10am by town mayor, Cllr Bob Eastham, and chairman of Uttlesford District Council, Cllr Sue Schneider. The event is free and is open to everyone, not just people affected with sight loss.
The charity’s resource centre and volunteer manager, Paul Atkins, said: “Support 4 Sight’s exhibition is a key event in our calendar for visually impaired people, to raise awareness of our work and services in the Community. We are very grateful to have the support of so many suppliers and local services.”
Support 4 Sight helps over 2900 people each year with sight loss and associated problems by giving information, support and training.
