Celebrated violinist Nicola Benedetti returns to Saffron Hall on September 24 to play Brahms Violin Concerto No 1 and Bruckner Symphony No 4.
This concert opens the concert hall’s season. The Brahms concerto unites his love of Magyar dance rhythms with his lyricism. Nicola started learning to play the violin aged four. At age eight, she was leader of the National Children’s Orchestra of Great Britain.
7.30pm. Tickets £18-£48 from 0845 548 7650 or www.saffronhallcom or Saffron Walden Tourist Information Office in the Market Square.
