FOLLOWING their popular visit in December, qualified fitness instructors will be returning to Saffron Walden Library on Saturday January 16.
The team from the Lord Butler Fitness & Leisure Centre on Peaslands Road is returning to carry out more free health checks between 11am and 2pm.
The checks last between five and 10 minutes and will measure your resting heart rate, body fat, blood pressure, sit and reach, peak flow and body weight.
The instructor will then be able to tell you your fitness level and suggest a course of action if improvements are needed. Anyone who has a health check done will be entitled to a free 30 minute personal training session at the leisure centre.
