I CANNOT believe that Essex County Council is contemplating putting bollards at the top of Bridge Street. There is already a prohibition of heavy goods vehicles coming into Saffron Walden via Bridge Street, so why no ban them on their exit. It really is

I CANNOT believe that Essex County Council is contemplating putting bollards at the top of Bridge Street. There is already a prohibition of heavy goods vehicles coming into Saffron Walden via Bridge Street, so why no ban them on their exit.

It really is NOT rocket science but decisions like this always seem to take many meetings, years of delay and a vast amount of tax payers' money before the right decision is made.
