SINCE I have been living in Saffron Walden I have noticed a lot of boys aged around 12 or 13 riding their bikes on the pavements. I think it is a danger to the people who have to walk on them – the pavements are for walking, not for them to ride on. They

SINCE I have been living in Saffron Walden I have noticed a lot of boys aged around 12 or 13 riding their bikes on the pavements.

I think it is a danger to the people who have to walk on them - the pavements are for walking, not for them to ride on. They ride along at such speed that it would kill someone if they were hit by them. People and bicycle riders do not mix when they ride on the pavements.
