Bjorn Alsos put in an excellent performance to complete the Fritton Lake Standard Distance Triathlon in a time of 2h 31min. This gave him second place out of 15 contenders in his age category. A fantastic performance from the flying doctor.

At Reading, young Callum Riley was competing in the third Round of the British National Mountain Biking Series. Up against 45 of the top junior ranked riders in the country, Callum came a magnificent 12th and only a few seconds behind the Welsh National Champion.

The race was made up of five laps of a 6km woodland circuit made all the more challenging by heavy rain. This superb result will help to establish Callum’s ranking as one of the countries top junior mountain bikers.
