IN Division One of the Saffron Walden Summer League the much anticipated clash between the two undefeated teams provided a match that went right to the last game of the night to find a winner. Rod Parrish hit a 116 out shot in a 15-dart leg with Adrian Webb also achieving a 15-dart leg as they helped Saffron Walden FC to a 5-4 home win over the Queens Head B Littlebury.

The Rose & Crown Ashdon were 6-3 winners away to the Crocus Tavern and the Victory also won by a 6-3 margin away to the White Horse Newport.

The Fleur de Lys Widdington remain undefeated in Division Two after an 8-1 home win over the Axe B Saffron Walden. Gary Monk was on target for the Fleur with a maximum 180.

The Queens Head A remain in second position with a 5-4 win at home to the Fighting Cocks Wendens Ambo. Back to winning ways were Newport Club with a 5-4 away win over the Axe A.
