A junior trampolinist from Ickleton has claimed second place in the boys’ U19 Elite competition at the British Schools Trampoline Finals in Wigan.
Matthew Burson, representing Perse School, was just 0.2 points away from leaving the event as National Schools champion.
It was the first time the 15-year-old had competed in an U19 event.
