ALEX Goode kicked five penalties to help Saracens overcome an out of form Bath side at Vicarage Road, Watford, on Sunday (April 3).

The talented Duxford-born full-back traded kicks with opposition fly-half Butch James early on but put his side firmly in the driving seat at 9-3.

Teammate and fellow England World Cup hopeful David Strettle scored the only try of the match for Saracens. James hit three penalties for the visitors. But Goode slotted home a total of 15 points to secure a 20-9 win.
