Saffron Striders shone in the sun with a great series of results and additions to the trophy cabinet.
David Raimondo, Neil Halls and Kerry Harrington took part in an event at Newmarket Heath last Thursday, with Harrington first in her age group.
Anne Dawson was first female to finish the Stort 5-mile race and Justin James was first in his age group in the 10-mile race, with Arthur Oliva also taking part.
Six Striders took on the Halstead and Essex Marathon, which is described as 'scenic and undulating'.
Yusuf Firat, Alan Jones, Lee Gamble, Alistair Cooke and Mark and Nikki Coutts defied the not ideal conditions, with Nikki setting a personal best.
Nick White won his age group at the Colchester 10k, while Andrew Armour completed the Wye Valley Ultra.
