A fortnightly online movie festival's series chosen by leading film critics continues next week with an acclaimed drama set in New Zealand.
Following last weekend's screening of Talking Heads concert movie Stop Making Sense, March's second event in the ongoing ‘A Film I Love…’ series will be Hunt for the Wilderpeople.
The Cambridge Film Festival at Home initiative is available to everyone throughout the UK.
It features the popular online version of CFF's ‘A Film I Love…’ series, which has a Pay What You Can Afford pricing structure for each film chosen by a special guest.
The guest introduces the movie and explains why it means so much to them during a Q&A prior to the screening.
Starring Sam Neill, Hunt for the Wilderpeople can be watched as part of the ‘A Film I Love…’ series from 6pm on Friday, March 19 to midnight on Sunday, March 21.
The New Zealand-based comedy-drama has been picked by Helen O'Hara, a British film journalist writing for Empire Magazine, amongst others.
Her first book, Women vs Hollywood: The Fall and Rise of Women in Film, was published last month.
In it she explores women's roles – both in front of and behind the camera – since the birth of Hollywood, how those roles are reflected within wider society and what we can do to level the playing field.

He quickly finds himself at home with his new foster family: the loving Aunt Bella, the cantankerous Uncle Hec, and dog Tupac.
When a tragedy strikes that threatens to ship Ricky to another home, both he and Hec go on the run in the bush.
As a national manhunt ensues, the newly branded outlaws must face their options: go out in a blaze of glory or overcome their differences and survive as a family.
Before his career went truly stratospheric, thanks to saving the Thor brand with Thor: Ragnorok for Marvel, director Taika Waititi crafted this hilarious, heart-warming and immensely entertaining movie.

The offering from Friday, April 2 to Sunday, April 4 will be Speed Sisters, chosen by Holly Tarquini, FilmBath's executive director.
