The Invisible Woman (12A)

At the height of his fame, married with 10 children, Charles Dickens (Ralph Fiennes) fell for the young actress Nelly Ternan (Felicity Jones) and conducted a secret relationship with her for the rest of his life. This film tells the story of that hidden life, based on Claire Tomalin’s fascinating biography which has been adapted for the big screen by Abi Morgan (The Iron Lady, The Hour). With strong performances, this is an engrossing and beautiful drama.
