Alice in Wonderland, the curious pantomime, continues at Saffron Walden Town Hall on Friday, January 18 and Saturday, January 19.

Alice in Wonderland, the curious pantomime, continues at Saffron Walden Town Hall on Friday, January 18 and Saturday, January 19.

Among the odd characters met by Alice, played by County High pupil, Lucy Chappell, are The Duchess, the pantomime dame played by Rob Fernell, who played The Mirror in last year’s Snow White and the Seven Minions.

She also has to contend with the evil Queen, played by Alice Bol .

The comedy is carried by Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum (Joe Grinter and Nick Burton).

Directed by Jonathan Scripps, the show, with a cast of 19, will have dance and song with a chorus of young dancers who have auditioned for the show and choreography by Elizabeth Cowell of EC Dance in Saffron Walden,
